Together we'll identify tools and techniques to accomplish communication goals. Using a whiteboard and post-its, we'll organize them into categories like audience research, concept development, and analysis. Then it'll be shared via a Google doc.
Thing is, content strategy is a diverse field spanning information architecture, marketing and communications, publishing, and library science. Secondly, our work and personal projects span both high level systems thinking and product development, down to specific tasks like copywriting and content inventories.
So let's share the tools we've used (or know of), and break them down in a fun, interactive way.
